Perfil ideal

• Advanced working knowledge of Zabbix platform is required
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role is required
• Hands-on technical experience with LAN operations and protocols required
• Working experience as a monitoring engineer in a production environment is preferred
• Candidates with a working knowledge of Linux and Windows are desired
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, able to work with moderate supervision
• Must be able to relay technical information to others with varying skill levels in a manner in which they can understand
• A keen ability to learn quickly and find resolutions to technical issues
• A proven track record in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Configures and manages monitoring systems, to monitor  outages and performance issues within monitored networks
• Analyze monitoring platform and perform technology audits to produce policies and recommendations based on service guidelines
• Perform actions required implement new functionalities or to resolve tickets
• Provides detailed documentation as to actions taken to implement new functionalities or resolve issues
• Interface with other teams to resolve technological issues or configure additional monitoring requirements
