Our company’s Tech Support Team, based in Spain, is looking for a Workplace SME Engineer (Remote) to reinforce and  give support to various enterprise workplace systems, remotely.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High Education Grade in IT Engineering sector or related.
• Experience of more than 2 years in designing and implementing solutions of technical smart support on:
  • Workstation setting
  • Smart configuration application packages
  • Mobile work tools
• At ease with
  • OS migrations
  • Scripting (PowerShell)
  • Technical documents and procedures writing
  • Sysadmin and Deploy tools such as SCCM, Autopilot, Intune, AirWatch
  • Workstation Operational System Windows
  • Mobile Operational System Android and iOS
• Familiar with remote access and communication tools and end-user technology apps
• Proficient and assertive communication skills

Nice to have:

• Some curiosity about with Automations tools, Cloud an CI
• understanding of managing complex workplace software systems, such as digital signage, occupancy sensors, room reservations systems and corporate cable TV management.

This pro will perform remotely adjusting to Spain time zone and must be at ease using Spanish and or English at intermediate level up.
