Description

Main tasks;
o Contributes to Workplace products integration within the client entities in the scope ;
o Ensure best in class L3 support for deployed Windows workstations;
o Provides technical expertise to windows masters upgrade and support ;
o Contributes to security audit remediations to reach the minimum security baseline;
o Ensure level 3 support for all workstation types (Windows desktops, laptops, VDi);
o Provides expertise to GPO management and definition;
o Ease continuous improvement by setting up powershell automations when relevant ;
o · Use of professional French speaking is mandatory Skills required;
• Must have skills;
- Windows 10 expertise senior level;
- Powershell scripting senior level;
- GPO senior level;
- SCCM intermediate level;
- Proxy configuration;
- French speaking;
- Technical English speaking.
