Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Windows UEX Support Engineer. Is that you?

Key Techs:

• Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Windows User Experience Concepts
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the highlighted areas and a good understanding in other areas:
• Remote Desktop Server, RDS hosted on Azure, Windows Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, Mgmt & Scripting (WINRM &WMI & PowerShell), Printing / Univeraal Print, AppV (Application Virtualization) User Interface & Inbox Apps, App Installation & Update, AppLocker and DCS (DC Desired State Configuration)

• Good understanding of Networking concepts such as SMB/CIFS, DNS, RPC and LDAP
• Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques: Profiling, Debugging and Testing

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• English (spoken and written)
• Understanding and knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as: Scripting Languages (PowerShell, etc.), C/C++ and C#.
