Need to have:

- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;

- 5+ years of experience with Windows Support;

- Strong experience with Windows and Linux based infrastructures, Windows/IIS and Linux/Unix administration;

- Strong experience with databases such as Oracle DB and/or Microsoft SQL Server;

- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team;

- Empathic and very good communication skills, being able to adjust the communication style with engineers as well as top-management;

- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks at a fast pace.

And know:

- Java application servers like IBM WebSphere or Apache Tomcat;

- Java / .NET applications;

- Scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell;

- ELK stack;

- Open-source technologies.
