Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Windows Support Engineer. Is that you?

Key Techs:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solve customer technical Microsoft® Windows Products issues
  • Experience with Troubleshooting, Windows System Administration/Configuration
  • Knowledge of Datacenter technologies such as Storage, Backup, Administration of Operating Systems, Virtualization, Update Services and Failover Clustering


Awesome to have:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
  • English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Windows Shell / UI
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting with WinDBG, and with performance issues using SYS Internal tools suite (memory issues, high CPU, etc.)
