Key Techs:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solve customer technical Microsoft® Windows Products issues
- Experience with Troubleshooting, Windows System Administration/Configuration
- Knowledge of Datacenter technologies such as Storage, Backup, Administration of Operating Systems, Virtualization, Update Services and Failover Clustering
Awesome to have:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Windows Shell / UI
- Proficiency in troubleshooting with WinDBG, and with performance issues using SYS Internal tools suite (memory issues, high CPU, etc.)
