Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Windows Support Engineer. Is that you?

Key Techs:

• Minimum 2 years in similar role
• Experience on configuring, troubleshooting and managing in Virtualization, Hyper-V and Windows Failover Clustering
• Previous experience with Windows Backup and VSS
• Knowledge of Storage as MPIO, iSCSI and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)
• Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Familiar with network concepts such as DNS, NLB, SMB, DHCP and TCP/IP protocols.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Internals and Windows scripting
• Proficiency with Sysinternals Suite, WinDBG, xPerf, Perfmon, tools are valued
• Knowledge of German, Italian, French, and Spanish languages
