Principais responsabilidades

Member of a small team of EUC engineers providing 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery.

Provide 'last line of defence' to existing offshore servicedesk and 1st/2nd level support technicians.

Technical knowledge of EUC services such SCCM, AD, GPO, O365, McAfee EPO

Supporting a diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.

Ability to manage small project works independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects.

Perfil desejado

• Windows Administration (XP to Win10), including Active Directory
• SCCM, package deployment and management
• AD, Group policy, audit and compliance requirements
• MBAM and Anti-virus solutions
• McAfee EPO, console management
• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure/InTune/O365)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions
• Experience with Back up technologies
• IT related qualification preferable (degree or higher qualification in computer science)
