Education and Certification
- University degree or comparable education.
Desired Qualifications
- 1st/2nd/3rd level support of solutions implemented for Customers.
- Collaboration on Global Projects.
- Participation in 24x7 OnCall Service.
- Daily L2 / L3 Support.
- Administration of security solutions in the area of mail relay, web proxy, mail encryption gateways.
- Patch management: planning and implementation of regular patch rollouts.
- 2nd level support in the area of mailing & internet.
- Experience with mailing security gateways, such as Proofpoint PPS, Cisco Ironport (ESA/SMA), Zertificon Z1.
- Experience with internet security web filters / proxy services such as McAfee (Trellix) Webgateway , or Fortinet Webgateway.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge in creating and configuring wpad and pac files for web proxy solutions.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL.
- Good written and spoken English.
