We are looking for a Warehouse IT Technician for a retail project in Azambuja. 

Role & Responsibilities: 
- Monitor critical user journeys of the products;
- Support both technical and business (functional) teams with focus in Supply Chain area;
- Gather information and troubleshoot applications integration;
- Engage with the Development team throughout the product life cycle, ensuring product reliability;
- Validate logs and metrics to detect potential problems or strange patterns;
- Able to assume multiple concurrent issues and discuss the right priority with the team;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve the technical/functional requirements. 
 

Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of large and complex IT solutions;
- Monitor production / non-production services;
- Be analytical on errors occurrance and patterns, conducting a full investigation;
- Understand different systems, their functionalities and where they fit into an ecosystem;
- Build software automation to eliminate manual repetitive tasks;
- Experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Perl) to automate daily routines;
- Good SQL skills, able to create DB queries;
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS), Linux, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana and Git;
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices and containers (Docker);
- Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab);
- Problem solving skills, able to discuss, analyze and prioritize objectives;
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
 

Nice to Have:
- Application support background, including application servers;
- Good understanding of information architecture;
- Functional knowledge of Supply Chain business area;
- Availability to travel when necessary, especially between Lisbon, Porto and Azambuja.
