Do you use terms like R&D, Web Development, Mobile, BI, Cloud & Data Center, Systems Administration, Project Management or Functional Analysis in your vocabulary?

Need to have:

- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Engineering (or similar);

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in UX/UI;

- Comfortable using Figma;

- Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper;

- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team;

- Comfortable presenting your work to clients and working with feedback;

- Previous experience in creating design systems is a plus;

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

And know:

- Involvement in end-user research to explore, uncover, and analyze end-user requirements during field studies, user interviews, etc;

- Can lead discovery and research workshops with C-level executives;

- Actively seek to understand business requirements to develop solutions;

- Create attractive, high-quality UX/UI designs of both low and high-fidelity wireframing & prototyping;

- Define visual interfaces that adhere to and extend the defined wireframes and specifications;

- Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, and screen designs to clients and stakeholders;

- Collaborate with other designers to evangelize design systems, patterns, and new interface guidelines;

- Collaborate with developers to create fast prototypes with a human-centered approach;

- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor other less senior designers.
