Let’s take a look at the profile we are looking for:

• Ambitious people with a passion for this area; 
• Degree or/and Master in Design; 
• 4+ years of experience; 
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3; 
• Good knowledge of JavaScript; 
• At ease with Figma and Sketch; 
• Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android and Web; 
• Comfortable with prototyping tools; 
• Passion for interacting for human-centered design; 
• Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process; 
• Documenting design guidelines and actively sharing knowledge on how to utilize the design system; 
• Highly skilled in user experience and user interface design, wireframing and prototyping; 
• A portfolio demonstrating your work and capability to inspire others; 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment 
• Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability, and multitasking will be a must-have; 
• Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English); 
• Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines; 
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and integrity;
• Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
