Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior positions.
Our client is a multinational company and he is looking for a UX/UI Designer for Lisbon.

You will design innovative user interfaces for web and mobile applications in collaboration with our agile product
development team having the best customer experience in mind.

Responsibilities:

- Create an engaging UI that our users love to use
- Develop and own clear user interface design guidelines and design system as well as detailed UX
documentation that fosters a wonderful user experience
- Take ownership of the user experience for our customers of 180 nationalities living across 90 countries: apply
design thinking, perform end user research, audit and interviews to identify pain points and needs, define
personas, create customer journey maps and user flows, design and create prototypes, and gather feedback
- Present design and deliverables to peers and stakeholders to improve them and get stakeholders’ buy-in


requisitos/requirements
Profile:

- 5+ years of professional experience working as a Senior UI/UX Designer within a product team
- A degree (BA+) in communication design, with a focus on UI/UX
- Solid experience of personalization, experimentation, UX principles, A/B testing, journey maps, low-res and hi-
res prototypes, and wireframes
- Current knowledge of design trends as well as their best practices for implementation
- A strong team worker with strong communication skills who likes to work on projects from concept to delivery
- Strong English, communication and presentations skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
