How can you help?

As UX/UI Designer, you will be part of a global team and working with around 10 other designers based in beautiful Lisbon.
 
You will help our customers building applications from scratch or redesigning them, being the user’s advocate and the innovation seeker.
 
You will take the driver’s seat in creating the best experiences and delightful user interfaces, and be able to see those applications come to life in a fast-paced and agile environment.
 
Day-to-day includes:
 
- Crafting digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps
- Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders
- Guide customers through the crafted vision and help them understand the impact of what they’re doing for the business and for the users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
- Evangelize human-centered approaches across the organization, throughout daily practice and workshops
- Being ready for a company and team culture that challenges the status-quo, and keeps the customer’s journey to success at the center of all decisions
 
What we look for:
 
-     5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
-     Passion for interacting for human-centered design
-     Usability and Accessibility mindset
-     Comfortable with prototyping tools (InVision, Balsamiq or others)
-     At ease with Adobe CS and best friends with Sketch
-     Knowledge of standards and best practices for IOS, Android and Web
-     Good level of spoken and written English
-     Availability to travel
