Our client is looking for UX/UI Designers to expand their team in the Oporto office.

It unites technologically leading companies with more than 100 production, service and sales locations and offers its customers solutions, products, and services in the Business Areas of Digital, Logistics Systems, Pharma Systems, Tissue and Tobacco.

Description

  • Quickly create wireframes and prototypes of user interfaces and screen flows, based on user journey from product teams, to test and refine with stakeholders.
  • Translate prototypes into detailed definitions and specifications to communicate
  • with UI Developers.
  • Guide development of user interface assets that can be used across
  • products to ensure consistency and interoperability across the portfolio.
  • Apply latest user experience best practices to design, while assuring that
  • organization wide design guidelines are followed.
  • Ensure that designs for a specific feature complement the user experience for the
  • entire product and portfolio.
  • Support engineering teams during implementation, as needed, to ensure designs are released in the shipped product.
  • Collaborate with product teams to assess usability of product features post-launch and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

Profile

  • Experience in user experience and interface design for applications that have shipped and been well-received by users.
  • Ability to translate user journeys into wireframes and prototypes in Figma and/or other tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision).
  • Ability to combine design guidelines with creative aesthetic to deliver visually pleasing and intuitive user experience as demonstrated by portfolio of prior work.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with/within design systems.
  • Used to work for a wide variety of devices.
  • Experience with QA design, reviewing not only visuals but also noting inconsistencies and working on necessary fixes.
  • B2B background.
  • Identify product- and feature-specific user experience metrics (e.g., length of time to complete a specific task) and refine design to achieve metrics.
