Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Conceptualize, design and deliver intuitive and compelling layouts for a complex multiplatform (Web/Mobile, iOS and Android Apps, Automotive Infotainment);
•With a design thinking mindset, ability to conduct UX research and translate complex user needs/opportunities into practical and impactful design solutions;
•Working closely with Product and other Designers to translate complex design problems, driven from design thinking practice, into practical and impactful design solutions;
•Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via developing sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design role;
•Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment (Agile based);
•Familiarized with the entire product design cycle, from research, to wireframing, mockups, prototypes, through to final visual design and implementation;
•Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Principle, Balsamiq, InVision;
•Able to create interactive prototypes in XD, InVision, Axure, Framer, Principle or similar tools;
•Proficient understanding of cross-browser, cross-device multiplatform compatibility issues.

Other Requirements:

•Fluent in English;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•EU citizenship
