Axians is looking for a UX/UI Designer to transform the away citizens interact with the public institutions creating a single experience and customer satisfaction.

Required Competences:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Demonstrated expertise in the development of Information Architectures, Storyboards, Wireframes and Usability Tests;
• Experience in User Research, namely, interviews with users, personas development and design of user journeys;
• Experience in developing graphic concepts and developing brand and image solutions for web and mobile environments;
• Proven experience in developing style guides, graphic standards manuals, design systems;
• Knowledge in Tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, Figma, Adobe XD or other equivalents for drawing wireframes and prototypes;
• Accessibility and digital usability.
• Design of websites and mobile applications;

Preferred Competences:

• Training in usability, ergonomics and digital accessibility or human-computer interaction;
• Excellent understanding of relevant standards and best practices for the design of modern, data-rich and responsive applications;
• Experience of designing attractive and useful data visualizations.
