What are you going to do?
•    As a UX/UI Designer on the Professional Services team, you will be part of a global team dedicated to helping our customers build applications from scratch or redesign existing ones. 
•    You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects in all industries (Retail, Government, Telco, Energy, ONGs, etc.), creating web-based or mobile experiences.
•    You’ll be the user’s advocate and the innovation seeker, working with our client’s stakeholders and the development team to make the experiences you design come to life.

Day-to-day includes:
•    Crafting digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps;
•    Articulate design decisions based on research and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders;
•    Guide customers through the crafted vision and help them understand the impact of what they’re doing for the business and for the users;
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
•    Evangelize human-centered approaches across the organization, throughout daily practice and workshops;
•    Being ready for a company and team culture that challenges the status-quo, and keeps the customer’s journey to success at the center of all decisions;
•    Helping other team members on the team grow, by mentoring them on a daily basis.

What are we looking for?
•    5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design;
•    Great communication skills - you’ll be the user’s advocate, so you really know how to influence stakeholders:
•    Passion and knowledge of Human-centered Design;
•    UX Research;
•    Usability Testing;
•    Information Architecture Design;
•    Paper prototyping;
•    Interactive prototypes;
•    Accessibility mindset;
•    Comfortable with prototyping tools (InVision, Balsamiq or others);
•    At ease with design tools (Sketch / Figma /Adobe CC);
•    Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android and Web;
•    Good level of spoken and written English;
•    Availability to travel on occasion.
