Description

Work iteratively and integratively with users and development teams to ensure that features are presented in a way which represents interaction and usability best practices
Work closely with the design team as well as with software development teams to design the interfaces of new features as well as improve the design of existing ones

Profile

Bachelor's degree in digital design or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of experience in software UI design and prototyping
Familiarity with and understanding of the role of UI design in a product lifecycle
Ability to manage design systems and components, interaction design, usability best practices and HIG (Human Interface Guidelines) for various platforms
Familiarity with basics of user-centric and user experience (UX) design
Ability to make design decisions autonomously as well as explain these decisions to senior stakeholders
Ability to design prototyping and collaborative design (for example, in Figma)
Solid problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Strong interpersonal skills; comfort working with technical and business teams
Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Global mindset; ability to appreciate differences in market needs, competitive environment and cultural norms across multiple countries and sectors
Demonstrated ability and desire to navigate complex situations with various levels of uncertainty
Strong written and verbal communications skills
