What are you doing?

  • Define and maintain communication channels within the User Engagement community for IT;
  • Create customized communications plans and materials (one pagers, social network posts, wikis, FAQ’s);
  • Demonstrate conceptual strength in the development of internal communication campaigns and follow through on their implementation;
  • Feed/moderate communication channels with end-users in order to collect feedbacks and to track the impact of the application/service across the organization;
  • Proactive management of content on the different intranet channels relative to upcoming tool features.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (agencies or communication departments of other large companies);
  • Experience with web analytics and have basic knowledge of popular social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Ability to translate technology into user benefits;
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all end-user levels;
  • Fluency on English.
