Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing end-to-end user experience design solutions based on in-depth knowledge of users and industry’s best practices.

* Define design standards that work globally across all Foursource platform;
* Adopt and transfer brand guidelines to perform new outstanding interface designs;
* Be part of the UX team and support on crafting and refining our product according to business requirements, user needs, and UX best practices;
* Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating research insights into intuitive experiences;
* Create prototypes and test them to gain actionable insights at an early stage to continuously iterate and improve the platform and base feature iterations on real user feedback;
* Work collaboratively within an agile process in new features and improvements based on concepts, designs, and specifications in close collaboration with the product manager and engineers;
* Work closely with developers as they build and ship features, acting as a problem-solver for interface issues that may appear during the implementation phase;
* Make a difference with precise motions to focus attention with illustrations that will put a smile on our users’ faces.

* A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience, creating great design solutions and the best practice for responsive web and native app design;
* Bring inspiring ideas and motivation to an energetic and collaborative team;
* Appreciate the entire product development process, from problem-solving through to pixel perfect UI design;
* Knowledge on industry-standard tools (Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin, Adobe, Principle); 
* Good understanding of English (written and spoken);
* Good communication skill to explain user flows to product manager, stakeholders, and engineers;
* Be open to give and accept feedback with assertiveness;
* An agile mindset to work collaboratively with small multidisciplinary teams;
* Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
