We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work in a multi-functional team. We need an experienced graphic and designer who is comfortable working in a technical environment & can handle technical conversations with software engineers as well as understanding the experience from a user’s perspective.

The role: 

Here you will...

...help the team to build an easy-to-use Product with global reach;

...provide consistent design of several from the wallet app to the website, that is

appealing for tech-savvy and for non-technical users;

...create design artifacts like mockups, user flows, wireframes, interactive

prototypes to communicate design ideas;

...help us to understand the users, build personas upon quantitative and qualitative

research;

...work alongside software developers, quality assurance, tech lead, and product

owner, managing different profiles and work with them to leverage the design role

and insights;

...promote usability tests, and work with internal stakeholders to leverage relevant

findings;

...help us shaping the brand tone of voice and communication.

Desired Qualifications & Skills: 

To be the next Aptoider we would like that you have... 

...4+ years of experience in graphic design and in-depth knowledge of Adobe CC:

...illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Web design for desktop and mobile ( HTML and CSS);

...relevant degree and interest in the area of design/technology;

...experience in all stages of design: from idea generation to user testing and design implementation;

...excellent communicator and used to fast-paced environments;

...relevant work experience in large UI/UX design projects, with documented examples/references, focused on web and mobile apps;

...experience working in an Agile approach;

...fluency in English;

...experience within B2C Products would be a plus;

...illustration and motion skills would be a plus.
