Our Fractal ID solution offers an onboarding process for providers of financial services such as Crowdfunding-, Crypto-Wallet-, Exchanges and Digital Banking services. We ensure a secure data environment, global regulatory compliance and a smooth onboarding process for these benefit of services and users alike. Fractal currently operates offices in Berlin, Porto & Singapore and employs a team of around thirty people worldwide.

Job profile

We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic candidate to take up a full-time UI Designer (m/f) position within our international team. As a UI Designer working for Fractal you’ll be expected to:

• Be a key member of the product design team who will collaborate closely with the engineers, product manager, business leadership and other stakeholders

• Design graphical interfaces for multiple devices and platforms ( both web and mobile products)

• Idealize, iterate, and work closely with developers to implement these UI

• Support an engineering team with frequent ad-hoc requests and agile workflows

Your profile

• Portfolio/published work available to share

• Previous experience in UI design (UX experience desirable, but not strictly necessary)

• Experience designing for web and mobile products

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, and the constraints of designing for a large number of different devices, screens, and capabilities

• Experience in developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes

• Familiar with agile methodologies such as Kanban and scrum

Nice to have

• Experience working in Fintech, Regtech or banking industries

• Experience with designing user facing products and/or internal tools

• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment

• Proven experience in shipping web and mobile products
