JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional to join the team of a client.

Responsibilities

-    Creating design documentation and specifications for development teams, i.e UI Guidelines, based on GLS brand guidelines;
-    Collaborating with Product Teams to create a cohesive design that meets the needs of both users and stakeholders;
-    Support teams on the creation and maintenance of design patterns, color palettes, and typography, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the products;
-    Developing and maintaining design specifications and guidelines, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure that the products are consistently designed and built;
-    Supporting developers in implementing the design;
-    Mentorship and guidance regarding the Design Tool (FIGMA).

Requirements

-    5+ years of experience designing and shipping products for multiple devices and platforms;
-    Portfolio of design projects (at least 2 more complex software products);
-    Strong design skills and a deep understanding of UX;
-    Experience in the creation, maintenance and documentation of design systems;
-    Deeply experienced with Figma;
-    Accessibility and usability are just as important to you as the look of the UI;
-    Have experiences in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups;
-    Good time-management skills;
-    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company's success;
-    Team spirit;
-    Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders;
-    Good English skills;
-    A strong foundation in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related libraries;
-    Animation and motion design experience.

- Education: Degree in computer engineering or similar.

- Language: English at the B2 or higher level (of the European framework of reference for languages).

- Experience: Minimum 5 years.
