About the role

This person will be responsible to drive focus on the customer experience to align TV service and subproducts with the needs of the business and providing end to end management and improvement to ensure quality of the services.

 

What are the challenges for this role?

This person would be accountable for the ownership for all KPI definition with the market stakeholders, identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery, act as a facilitator for the prioritization of changes, support other teams and ensure the develop of service procedures, policies and standards.

 

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in service management or service delivery;

Experience with ITIL framework;

Knowledge of TV area or Telecommunications;

Good communication skills, specially in English;

Academic background in IT, Telecommunications or related area.
