Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Trainee IT Recruiter to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisboa. The Trainee IT Recruiter main responsibility is Researching, identifying and Recruiting Information Technology professionals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Publication and management of job advertisements on the various platforms available.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Sourcing and screening of potential candidates.
• Updating and managing the candidate’s database.

You must have:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or Other Similar Area.
• Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Technology knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English literacy.
