At Altar You Will Be able to start a career in Admin/Operations:
As an Admin/Operations Trainee, you’ll be learning on the job with experienced professionals. You will have the chance to observe and learn from them, as they perform various duties, such as:
- Providing support in drafting employment contracts;
- Follow-up of internal processes of integration of new employees;
- Providing support in legal compliance with the procedures for admission and termination of employees with the entities or institutions;
- To accompany the procurement process with suppliers;
- Providing support in the process of file organization and document management;
- To accompany the process of receipt, approval, classification and payment of invoices to suppliers;
- Help in the process of compliance with the issue of invoices to customers;
- To assist and accompany the elaboration and updating of internal reports;
The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Previous experience in Administration/Operations is not mandatory;
- Experience in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google tools;
- University degree or equivalent;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Creative thinking with vision;
- Fluid intelligence and abstract reasoning;
- Attention to detail;
- Organizational skills;
