At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:

Tester Sénior (m/f) – Lisboa

Must have:

- Masters/Degree preferably on IT;

- Over of 10 years’ experience in the Insurance Sector;

- Highly developed specialist knowledge across the range of work procedures and practices;

- Confident English written and verbal communication skills and experience discussing solutions with clientes;

- Experience in completing documentation and reporting for internal and client use;

- Proficient in IT Methodologies, such as CMMI and the ones specific for IT Testing & Quality Assurance;

- Experience with program or project Management;

- Strong business development and financial awareness;

- Significant experience of leading and managing teams;

Nice to Have:

- Relationship-building skills;

- Ability to lead managers and develop people efficiently;

- Client focus;

- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skills;

- Strong negotiation skills;
