We’re looking to hire a Test Team Lead to be part of a multidisciplinary agile team in an international project for a European Agency. We are building this team from the beginning.

You will be responsible for technical and functional analysis of processes and suggestions for improvements at the same time accompanied by cost/benefit analyses. You will be responsible too for team management and for creating a partnership relationship with the client.

requisitos/requirements
Experience in quality activities.
Experience in agile frameworks.
Experience in team leading.
Able to carry out data analysis, modelling, and definition of the complete technical landscape for testing (including policies, practices, and guidelines).
Capable of integrating into an international/multilingual environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in team working.
Good level of English – independent user.
University degree in an ICT- related field.
ISTQB Certification.
International experience.
