Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 130 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 5+ years of experience in software development or testing. Strong programming skills in a high-level programming language;
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery;
• Experience with test automation at scale;
• Passionate about quality and obsessed with customer feedback;
• Fluency in English and good communication skills.

 
What are you going to do?

• Work with your teams in gaining confidence in the quality of the disruptive Products being created;
• Be involved in the early design of new features to ensure quality is built in from the start;
• Drive your teams towards CI/CD practices, releasing very frequently, shortening feedback loops and learning from log analytics and customer feedback;
• Advise teams on how (and what) to test and coach them in advanced test automation techniques like BDD/TDD;
• Testing, performance testing, fault injection;
• Drive quality engineering practices, risk management and continuous improvement in your team;
• Contribute to automated test coverage, product telemetry, monitoring and any other feedback loops;
• Be a champion for Shift-left validations, testability, TDD and mocking;
• Assist the team in managing their risk by identifying blind spots and appropriate mitigations.
