Mission:
Capgemini Engineering is recruiting for the position of Test Manager – Energy Sector to strengthen our teams.

Profile:
•    MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science related fields;
•    + 6y of professional experience with software testing;
•    Be able to discover client needs and translate them to software and system requirements;
•    Be able to write test specification to verify the system requirements;
•    Experience managing Testing Team members (assigning tasks, identifying training requirements);
•    Participate and/or lead test campaigns;
•    Compile Software Test Report and periodically report progress to the team;
•    Be able to participate and support Software Integration activities;
•    Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum as a preference);
•    Openness to a new environment, people, and culture;
•    Fluent English language (spoken and written).
