We are looking for a Test Automation Expert for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Installation, configuration and deployment of test automation tools selected (Microfocus - HPe UFT)
• Proof of Concept, ROI Calculation, KPI consolidation (test automation progression/coverage, defect detected, etc.)
• Contribute and finalize Test Automation Strategy definition based on eligibility criteria
• Understand test cases to automate and met business team expectations
• Develop test automation scripts based on test automation tool and code scripting (Microfocus – HPe UFT/QTP)
• Apply best practices to reduce the future maintenance and raise the robot robustness
• Script routine (SQL, Unix/Dos)
• Schedule execution and result consolidation
• Maintenance of test automation assets

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Must Have:

• Significant experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation (with Microfocus HPe - UFT/QTP) and Development skills
• Minimum of 7 years developing automated scripts
• Installation and setup of test automation tool
• VB script

Nice-to-Have / recommend:

• SQL request
• Unix/Dos command

TOOLS SKILLS

Must Have:

• Microfocus HPe - Unified Functional Testing Quick Test Pro/Service (Microfocus – HPe UFT/QTP)

Nice-to have / recommended:

• Selenium (Open source)
• Microfocus HPe ALM/QC
• Jira / Xray

OTHER:
Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other European countries

LANGUAGE:
English: Independent user
French: It’s a plus.
