This company is looking for a Test Automation Engineer (m/f).

The Test Automation engineer is responsible for segments of test planning, design and execution, meeting planned scope, schedule and providing recommendations for issue resolution, system optimization and test efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform test execution activities, including implementation of test automation procedures and scripts;
- Build and institutionalize Client’s unified test automation platform;
- Build and institutionalize robust reusable frameworks for multiple testing types.
- Proactively identify automation needs and deliver frameworks for those with successful pilots;
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated testing for all kind of application (GUI, API application, data integration, business intelligence, and reporting systems).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in SW testing, Selenium or any automation tool;
- Java certification would be an added advantage
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in incident & problem management
- Knowledge on QTP/IBM RFT / etc.
- Expertise in Java Scripting
- Good Excel skills and reporting knowledge
- Understanding of latest innovations, trends and emerging technologies in QA testing and test methodology.
