We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end Support to customers

Requirements
• Analyze, investigate and provide software solution to support issues raised by customers, and ensure issues are resolved within customer SLA's;
• Performing root-cause analysis on customer issues;
• Perform modifications and fixes to the current solution source code;
• On-site work at customer site may be required;
• 24x7 Emergency support for Critical issues;
• Experience with GSM network, preferably in mediation;
• Highly Technical support for complex software applications (software delivery, level 3 software application support).
• Knowledge of database (Hadoop);
• Networks and Communications Linux.

• Motivated, independent and able to build and maintain good relationship with customer;
• High fluency in oral and written English, Spanish & Portuguese;
• Must be able to work under pressure;
• Client Oriented.
