Who you are:

- Minimum experience of 2/3 years as a Scrum Master;

- Value teamwork;

- Conflict facilitation and resolution capabilities;

- Leader mindset, empathic, dynamic and proactive;

- Mandatory: good level of English.

Required Profile:

- Scrum Master certification;

- Solid knowledge of agile practices.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Telco Business context;

- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe);

- Technical background;

- Coordinate and ensure the execution of the main Scrum ceremonies, such as daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, etc.
