• Conhecimentos de networking numa ótica de despiste de problemas
• Experiência com Microsoft Office e Cloud 365

Awesome to have:

• Conhecimentos dos sistemas operativos Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server, MacOS, IOS e Android
• Experiência com Office 365 na componente Administração
