In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a Technician Application Support to work in this project in Lisbon.
What are we looking for?
- Professional experience and good knowledge of Linux;
- Knowledge of Oracle Weblogic;
- Experience with different file transfer protocols, such as, FTP/SFTP, MQ, CFT;
-Understanding of system architectures, such as, SSO, Firewalls, load balancer;
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL;
- Fluent in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Availability to perform On Call Duties/Weekend interventions on a rotational team basis;
- Follow up any critical user request ensuring that the impact is reduced to the minimum possible;
- Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented;
- Contribute towards better post-release checkouts;
- Follow up user requests in Service Now.
