Description

WIT is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help support our growing product development, by writing and reviewing our technical
documentation. An ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills, experience in writing software-related documentation, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities
∙ Work closely with the Engineering Teams, Marketing and Sales and be responsible for all the product documentation (technical and marketing collaterals).
∙ Independently write new documentation based on use cases, user stories, feature requirements, specifications, information from developers and product managers, and use of the product.
∙ Proofread and edit documentation to ensure consistency of language and style, as well as correct application of document templates.
∙ Provide input on documentation design, templates and implementation.
∙ Be responsible for all the content of the websites (products and the company).

Requirements
∙ BSc or MSc on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, English or Journalism.
∙ 1-2 years of experience as a technical writer in a Software company (plus).
∙ A track record of successfully working on writing of technical documentation
∙ Excellent English skills
∙ Proficiency in proofreading/editing, writing, and verbal communication
∙ Good skills on time management and prioritization: ability to create high-quality documentation while making tradeoff decisions; experience in meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
∙ Best experience with word processing and desktop publishing.
∙ Self-starter: motivated and able to take the initiative
