We are looking for someone that will help us to develop and update user manuals, create online help files, publish and manage technical documentation for internal and external client and collaborate with the software development team.

If you have:

• Degree in Communication, Translation or in Information Technologies
• Experience as a Technical Writer and/or in the preparation/review of technical documentation
•  Knowledge of CMS contents and in management tools and processe
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, DITA e Robo Help (or similar)
• Knowledge of image editing tools
• Proficiency in English (namely written)
• A passion for challenges
• Team spirit
