What you’ll do

• Develop technical documentation for products, using clear, consistent and accurate terminology
• Prepare and manage multichannel publishing of technical documentation
• Use state of the art methods and approaches to develop global technical writing processes, standards and tools
• Organize and manage reviews and translations, including proofreading
• Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to understand product workflows, use cases, detailed functionality and capabilities
• Manage content projects and proactively communicate status
• Help promote company-wide knowledge sharing practices

Who you’re

• Degree, preferably in Journalism, Technical Writing or Communications, or Engineering degree with experience in technical writing
• Experience in technical writing and editing and demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical content
• Fluency in English, with proven, advanced skills in grammar, writing and proofreading
• Knowledge in project management of product documentation, particularly IT products
• Experience working directly and communicating with software engineers and other subject matter experts
• Relevant understanding of broadcast workflows, OTT, virtual and augmented reality is a plus
