Objectives of this role:

• Ensure the project teams know the scope and functionalities of each project
• Elaborate the technical documentation to support production, installation, operation and maintenance
• Manage the development and publishing of documentation
• Review published documentation and make updates when necessary
• Propose improvements to existing documentation
• Publish and classify produced documentation
• Coordinate with product managers the technical specifications
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Ensure compliance with normative and applicable legislation

Minimum qualifications:

• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
• Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
• Experience in the role + 4y
• Experience in using Confluence for documentation
• Experience and knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and analytics tools
• Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field
• Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)
• Previous experience in software development
• Professional certification
