Role: Produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products
Profile:
- Academical Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- 2+ years' experience as a Technical Writer in a SAAS company;
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English;
- Ability to plan, create and maintain high-quality customer-facing and internal documentation (user guides, technical documents, release notes, etc.);
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers and QA testers to deliver clear, concise and useful documentation;
- Manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
- Edit, clarify, and proofread content produced by non-writers, and mentor to improve their writing skills;
- An analytical mind, research, and exploration skills;
- Outstanding attention to quality and detail;
- Strong communication skills;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
