Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Technical Writer to integrate our Client internal team, based in Almancil, Algarve.

Your responsibilities include:

• Write reference documentation for REST APIs;
• Write how-to articles and troubleshooting guides;
• Write software architecture explanations;
• Communicate with developer community.

You must have:

• Previous experience as a technical writer or technical business analyst;
• Strong technical knowledge;
• Strong English skills (mainly written form), min. C1 level;
• Fluent communicative skills in English;
• Ability to explain technical details in written form to broad audience;
• Overall knowledge of service oriented architecture and integrations between systems and RESTful services;
• Experience with writing documentation for developer audience;
• EU working permission.

Nice to have:

• Fronted development skills (HTML, CSS);
• Experience with authoring tools and/or single sourcing;
• Travel industry background;
• Knowledge of Java or YAML language;
• Experience with management of developer community.
