With a technological legacy that culminates in the optimization of platforms developed over 30 years, our customer distinguishes itself by providing innovative networking solutions to leading telecommunications companies spread over 100 countries. Due to their continued growth they are now looking for a Technical Writter (m/f) to develop, prepare, edit, and publish documentation for the internal knowledge base and end user documents for Telecommunication Engineers. You will work directly with with Product owners, Software Architects, Technical Support Engineers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Testers to ensure the Customer Documentation is accurate, timely, easy to consume, and follows department standards.

If you can give us…

Engineering degree in Electronics, Informatics, Physics or related is a plus, but Communication degrees are also considered;

At least 3 years documenting highly technical software, desirably in telecommunications or a similar field;

Solid skills in using industry standard documentation tools, topic-based authoring, structured content and DITA publishing;

Acquaintance with with software development lifecycles and tools, like Confluence, JIRA, Git, Content Management Systems;

Fluent English, spoken and written;

Excellent communication, team working and problem-solving skills
