Technical Support (m/f) – Lisbon

What we need:

• Degree (BSc, MSc) in technology-related degrees: Software Engineering, Computer  Science, Telecommunications, Network, and other related areas 
• 2+ years of experience in both technology and customer-facing roles (e.g. Technical  Support, Consultant, etc.) 
• One or more technologies like .Net, Java, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, React, HTML and CSS;
• Knowledge of Databases from both the administration and development point of views : DB Administration, DB Development, SQL Server and Oracle;
• Knowledge oh infrastructure assets relevant for an architecture supporting a Web App like IIS, JBoss, Containers, AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud;
