We are a high growth start up with offices in Netherland and Portugal with a very unique and innovative product. With a 20 people team we are building the algorithm that is changing the way commerce companies automate their purchasing decisions. 

 

We are looking for someone to join our Technical Support team and help take our SaaS platform to the next level. You will solve problems for our customers and identify bottlenecks in our tool. You will work in an international environment with Dutch and Portuguese colleagues. 

We love to use state-of-the art solutions and technologies and we like to push boundaries and challenges every day.

You will be based in our Évora office

 

What you should bring to the table:

  • Experience in a similar high stakes environment. 

  • Affinity with code, but not a developer (R, SQL). 

  • Business English

  • Proactive

  • Business logic understanding

  • Comfortable context switching between problems. 

  • Supply chain knowledge is a nice to have.

  • No problem getting on the phone

  • Problem solver

  • Able to clearly express thoughts in English: Writing documentation

  • Interfacing with Customer Success (Dutch) and development (PT)
