Function: Technical Support (m/f)

Desired Skills and expertise:
•    Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
•    Minimum 3 year's experience in similar position;
•    Experience in System administration- Windows and Linux/Unix systems : IIS, .NET, WCF, Weblogic Application Server, Apache, Tomcat, Java EE;
•    Experience with Monitoring tools such as Geneos, Introscope ;
•    Experience with Scripting (Python, PERL, Shell, SQL....) and development skills for administration, monitoring and support tools.;
•    Knowledge SQL Server and Oracle databases;
•    Experience with Schedulers – exposure to or skills in Autosys;
•    Understanding of application lifecycle;
•    Good incident and problem management skills, with knowledge of ITIL (preferential);
•    Knowledge of Regulatory and Financial products (preferential) ;
•    Experience in JAVA and .Net applications  (preferential);
•    Fluency in English (mandatory).
