They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be a part of their team based in Porto.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality support for the product range to their customer base across Europe, Middle-East and Africa. You will be collaborating as a trusted member of this innovative support team.
What you need to succeed
To apply you must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or similar. Fluency in English and good communication skills are requirements as well.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Linux architecture are a plus.
