Technical Support Analyst @ Dellent Consulting

Description

Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring a Technical Support Analyst for a long term contract role in Brussels.

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Responding to technical support tickets;
  • Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issues;
  • Collaborate with users and other It team with collaborative tools;
  • Analyze user problems and provide potential workarounds for problems;
  • Raise information and production incident (bug) to the development team ;
  • Raise information and change requests to the project team.

 

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering and other related areas;
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, debugging and troubleshooting;
  • Top Java skills;
  • Knowledge in Software AG ARIS Collaborative platform and Atlassian Confluence 6;
  • Agile methodologies knowledge is a plus;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
