Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring a Technical Support Analyst for a long term contract role in Brussels.
Skills & Requirements
- Responding to technical support tickets;
- Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issues;
- Collaborate with users and other It team with collaborative tools;
- Analyze user problems and provide potential workarounds for problems;
- Raise information and production incident (bug) to the development team ;
- Raise information and change request to the project team.
Essencial Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering and other related areas;
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, debuging and troubleshooting;
- Top Java skills;
- Knowledge in Software AG ARIS Collaborative platform and Atlassian Confluence 6;
- Agile methodologies knowledge is a plus;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
